I am absolutely delighted! I walked into the restaurant completely by chance - the stunning New Year decorations at the entrance caught my eye. Honestly, I didn’t expect to find such a special place inside. From the very first moments, the girls at the entrance welcomed me warmly, told me about the concept and their in-house cheese production, and guided me to the second floor. And there… a live violin performance in a modern style mixed with electronic music a mesmerizing concert that gave me goosebumps. The food was exceptional: incredibly delicious, beautifully presented, and made with clear attention to detail. The atmosphere was simply magical - elegant, thoughtful, and unbelievably aesthetic. I’ve been living on the island for 4 years, and this is the first time I’ve been so pleasantly surprised by a restaurant I walked into without reading any reviews beforehand. It turned into one of the most delightful dinners I’ve had in a long time. And the final touch that amazed me: when I returned to my bike, I found that the parking attendants had covered it to protect it from the rain - a level of service that truly impressed me. Thank you for this incredible evening. I will definitely be back and recommending you to everyone.

What an amazing place for a cheese lover! I felt like I died and went to heaven. We had the cheese soup (basically like spooning cheese fondue) and the cheese platter and they were both amazing. I can recommend having a bread basket with the cheese platter because it doesn’t really come with crackers or other vessels. Luckily there are also plenty of options on the menu for the non cheese lovers (you’re all crazy btw). The only downside I have to share is that the prices are a bit through the roof. This was definitely my most expensive dinner in Bali so far. Good food sometimes does come with a price here apparently it was well worth it though! A nice little extra touch: on Thursday nights there’s live violin music.

What a beautiful atmosphere at this place! Service is great and food is clean stylish and delicious! The flavours on point! Nothing to fault. Our waitress Dewi so friendly and great! I will definitely come back again to try more dishes. I highly recommend this place.

We had both dinner and breakfast in the following morning. All the dishes were fantastic and service was superb. Baked brie is a must-try. Buratta cheese was very frech. Scallop with truffle was so aromatic. Capybara panna cotta was so cute to eat (but yes we finished it). Thank you Dewi and Yudiana for making our days wonderful.

We had a lovely breakfast at Brie. I had the salmon with eggs Benedict and my mom had the French breakfast. Mom absolutely loved everything on her board especially the butter! Everything tasted good from the croissant, jam, honey and eggs. My breakfast with the eggs benedict was ok not the best I have had, as there was not enough salmon in there they masked this with coloured hollandaise sauce. I had to add salt to my eggs and bread as well as it was almost bland. In any case, the overall experience was good. The staff even gave us complementary champagne to go with our breakfast. The croissant with pistachio cream also tasted good and went well with coffee. The loos are interesting in that they are warm? As in the temperature is a bit warmer in there than the main dining area. Loos are super clean and you can hear the music in there too which is nice. The waiters are super nice and we had an amazing time here. Only drawback to the ambience was that there were some guests who spoke loudly so it kind of killed the vibe. Totally recommend this place and we will be back!

THE BEST PLACE IN BALI!!!! This restaurant had the most amazing food, atmosphere and service i have experienced so far in Bali. Such a great find in Ubud!! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas, the presents on the ceiling were gorgeous! Our waiter, Widya, gave us the most amazing service- we arrived one hour before brunch was allowed to be served, but she asked the kitchen to let us order from the brunch menu which was so kind because we came a long way. Her recommendations were perfect- the hash brown, poached egg, shrimp, and avocado off of the breakfast menu was so delicious, and so was the capybara panna cotta! plus it was so cute . She also gave us free virgin mojitos and ice cream because we had to wait a bit longer than normal, which was just lovely. Overall the food and service in this restaurant is top notch, and it is a must try when in Ubud.

I had a lovely experience at Brie Restaurant & Cheesery. The burrata was absolutely amazing, hands down my favorite. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, and the cheese platter was excellent with great variety and quality. One small suggestion would be to improve the air conditioning, as it felt a bit warm inside. Other than that, everything was spot on. Special mention to Adi, he was incredibly kind, informative, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. His service truly stood out. Overall, a great dining experience and I’ll definitely be back!

What a dining experience we had at Brie! Food was top notch! I especially loove, love the Burrata that I had. Not to mention their menus with Truffle were super good. Live music was happening on the day we visited so it made the vibe super romantic. A great place to catch up with your girls or totally recommended for a first date resto! I will definitely come back ;)
